Raw Long Island Honey

Harvested in small batches from our hives on Long Island, New York, this raw honey reflects the changing blooms of the Long Island seasons. We never over filter or heat our honey, allowing it to retain its natural pollen, enzymes, antioxidants, and minerals.

Because it is truly raw and local, each harvest varies slightly in color and flavor, from light and floral to rich and amber, depending on what the bees were foraging at the time.

Perfect for tea, baking, drizzling over yogurt, or enjoyed by the spoonful.
