Our Long Island Creamed Honey is made from our own small batch raw honey harvested throughout the changing bloom cycles of the season. After harvest, the honey is carefully controlled-crystallized to create a naturally smooth, spreadable texture.

This traditional process preserves the honey’s native enzymes, pollen, antioxidants, and delicate floral aromatics while transforming it into a rich, velvety consistency that won’t drip or harden.

Each jar reflects the forage of the moment — from spring blossoms to late summer wildflowers — giving it a gentle sweetness with a clean finish unique to Long Island.
